    Sorry for taking so long to get back to you...I never noticed your reply. Yeah the quiet periods, or resting times are probably most difficult, as when we aren't so busy, the thoughts kick in. I thoroughly recommend doing some mindfulness meditation. Jon Kabat-Zinn has some books which are excellent, and come with practice cd's which teach the techniques. It has been really liberating for me to do mindfulness meditation, and the what if's are no longer there...unless it is clinic time and I am up for bloods, scans or physical examinations. The one I have posted a link to here can be purchased for $24.66 and is delivered free worldwide. It is a book with 4 cd's which teach you the practices. I wish I had learned mindfulness meditation before I got ill, while I was very busy. Let me know your thoughts. Much love.x

    I read your reply to my post about my mindfulness meditation etc. How are you coping. It appears we have a very similar diagnosis.
