  • Thanks for reaching out! I didn’t see the notification until just now.

    I don’t think there is much to do at this point but to go there and drink the poison. I just ended a three day fast which did wonders for my anxiety and focus. It worked so well that I’m going to write a separate thread about it at some point. If you feel like your fears are stopping you from living well, I would suggest to give it a try yourself. It won’t cure any possible relapse but any tool that might make you happier in the meantime is worth trying.

    I’m at the gym now, last arm day before I have to stop exercise two days before PET.

    Man I'm sorry, try to be strong. You were always there to put me in peace with my insecurities, so now I'll try to do the same although, most probably, we are in the same boat.

    For me, when I got diagnosed, nothing really helped, so can't give any useful advise from personal experience. But hey, keep focusing on some physical activity.
