These books are two excellent resources for those struggling with depression and/or anxiety:

dxd 05/05 NHL Large B Cell aggressive massive involvement stage IV, BMI small cell. chemo R-CHOP started 05/06, 7 x every 14 days, hospital for 2 weeks, very sick ICU care. 8th and last R-CHOP 21st sept 05 21st Oct NED 4 august 2006 end of NED Sept start of 3xDHAPP in prep.of SCT. SCT 11-1-2007. CT 3-07 possible scar tissue. CT 18-6 Positive uptake, no remission. Palliative care.

The books are most helpful to those who do the exercises in them-- they seem silly sometimes and can be tough for someone struggling with the loss of motivation/negative thinking that is part of depression, but they can be very helpful. The concepts in the book are good, but it is practice with them that brings about change.

Angie w/o Jon (34yrs. old)dx brain cancer after having brain surgery 12/05, rads: 01/06 - 03/06 (5 days a week for 6 wks) large pelvis mass found during routine MRI 12/06 dx: DLBCL 01/07, Stage IV....Mass in pelvis is now over 12cm.....PET showed involvement in the liver, spleen, chest, and several lymph nodes through out Jon's body. starting R-CHOP 02/14/07 6 Cycles Complete 04/26/07 PET Scan 05/08/07..NED!!!
