Default SCT Tips

I did a couple of searches for tips and links on Stem Cell Transplants from board members both on the Hodgkins and Non Hodgkins side. For myself and others going into a transplant soon, please feel free to add any advice and experiences you have to share. I know there are a couple of others besides myself and some on the Hodgkins side soon to go into transplant. So here are the links:

Thanks to all who had posted links to these previously. I poached a bunch from a post that Anne had made so thank you Anne for taking the time to compile them. Hope they help someone and if anyone has some to add please do.

Nancy,

Although I'm not facing an impending SCT, I'd just like to say thanks for putting this together and reaching out to help others who might be. You are very quickly becoming one of those "quiet angels" here!

Kathy

Great idea! Here is another SCT post from Tiffane1 that I'd like to add to this post.

In addition, I would like to emphasis the Survivor Guide for SCT/BMT, which has lots of helpful information.

Good luck and best wishes to those about to go through this journey. You can do it!

Best Wishes,

Anne

Thank you so much for this post, and for sparking off all of the supporting posts. I found so much that was useful and/or reassuring in the links and feel that I'm heading into the SCT on Friday in much better shape than I would have otherwise.

Good luck with your own treatment plan,

Liz
